Home Inspection Leaders is a locally owned and operated business. The owner and leading home inspector, Shawn Penney, has 22 years of experience in construction work and as a project superintendent. Shawn has extensive construction experience, technical legal training, and works independently under the general supervision of lawyers and engineers in all aspects of everyday business.

In the home inspection business, one of the bigger concerns is clients' private affairs. It is very important to be honest, trustworthy and have a sense of responsibility and respect for the confidentiality of client information. At Home Inspection Leaders, our inspectors are required to have each of these qualities and more. Our home inspectors have good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, integrity, and the ability to disregard attempts to influence their reports.
